I was facing a family crisis feeling alone and full of despair, when a good friend invited me to attend a Soltura workshop. Not sure of what to expect, just knowing that something needed to change in my life, I went with an open heart.
What happened over the course of the three workshops was a miracle. It’s as if this was a perfect plan, laid out just for me, each workshop equipping me with the tools I needed to deal with the reality of the issues I faced at home. I began a journey into myself where I found the freedom to courageously experience the risks, accept my brokenness, and with love and grace gradually let go of the fear that was consuming me. An adventure filled with excitement, tears and laughter! Whatever life throws at me — I now have a choice on how to face it.
Through this journey I met incredibly gifted and courageous women and developed lasting friendships that keep me centered and keep me laughing. I am truly blessed to have experienced the Soltura workshops.
