I haven’t reached out to anyone lately, but you have all been in my thoughts and prayers.
I want to share a story about a buddy of mine. He’s had a rough couple of years. When I came back from Soltura, I talked to him about my experience and how it helped me to identify my lies, when I’m deep in my ‘sh*t’ and how I’ve been walking around with all of this clutter in my head instead of living in the moment. He was pretty closed off and didn’t show much interest at the time.

The end of February found a small group of 'Soltura Sisters' gathered in Gig Harbor and Lakebay. It was a time to get together without a workshop, to discuss facilitating, work a bit on a project for Soltura, and visit Seattle and 'ride the duck'! [a guided tour of Seattle in a land-watercraft vehicle — click photo to see enlarged view.] Alix B. has new appreciation for the Duck riders and 70's music. There was much laughter, singing and walking in the rain through Seattle. Pike Street Market, flying fish and the smell of fresh baked bread. Watching the street singers and wondering if that would be a good fundraiser??? Having a delicious dinner and meeting up with another Soltura sister, Mary Beth G, who was in Seattle on business added more fun to the day. We won't talk about getting lost or girl scout cookies.
