Like any remodeling project, we can't say that the Lakebay facility remodel is totally on schedule ... but it is progressing nicely. Most of the construction is complete, painting is in process, hardwood floors are installed but need final sanding and staining, baseboards are being applied and new interior doors are being installed. New sliding doors have been installed in every room on the waterfront side of the house, including a large lift and slide door system in the living room. This has resulted in panoramic views of the waterfront and loads of natural light throughout the house.
New cabinetry has be installed in the kitchen, office/study and new guest bathroom. Now we need the counter tops and appliances to be installed. We can't wait for everyone to see our home facility when the remodel is complete. To follow the progress, visit the photo gallery on our Facebook page.
